The Opera series set with a rubberwood block.

Includes:

• Paring knife from the Opera series with a 4“ blade.
• Filet knife from the Opera series with 6“ blade.
• Chef’s knife from the Opera series with 6“ blade.
• Black kitchen scissors from the series Prochef (7“).

This series stands out for its design: it has a rounded back of the blade and a bolster, which helps prevent possible hand cuts.

All three knives have our exclusive silk edge, which gives them a unique cut and a characteristic polished finish all along the blade. Made with NITRUM® stainless steel to give the knife remarkable hardness and a superior cut.

Made with tongue-and-groove stainless steel anti-corrosion rivets.

They have the rotation axis separated from the handles, providing greater force to the cut. Their design makes them ideal for cutting and separating meats, bones, and other surfaces.
They are made from polypropylene and stainless steel. They play an essential role in any home kitchen or restaurant.
